- All offers on the webshop are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- We strive to present product information, images, and prices as accurately as possible. Errors or mistakes are not binding.
- All prices are in euros, including VAT, and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4. Formation of the Agreement
- An agreement is established when you place an order, and it is confirmed by us via email.
- HAPPY RNNRS reserves the right to refuse an order, for instance, in cases of stock shortages, incorrect data, or payment issues.
5. Payment
- Payments must be made in advance using the payment methods available in the webshop.
- Orders will not be processed if payment fails.
6. Delivery and Delivery Times
- We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified on our website. These timeframes are indicative and not binding.
- You will be notified if there is a delay in delivery.
- HAPPY RNNRS is not liable for any damages resulting from delayed delivery.
- Ownership of the product transfers to the customer after full payment and delivery of the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. For more details, see the current return policy.
8. Complaints and Warranty
- HAPPY RNNRS guarantees that the products meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.
- In case of a defect or complaint, you must contact us within a reasonable time via tim@happyrnnrs.com.
- If the complaint is justified, HAPPY RNNRS will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or a refund.
- Warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.
9. Liability
- HAPPY RNNRS is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
- We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, consequential damage, or immaterial damage.
- Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
10. Force Majeure
- HAPPY RNNRS is not liable for delays or shortcomings caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement or postpone delivery.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
- All agreements and transactions are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.

- HAPPY RNNRS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
- The most recent version is always available on our website and applies to new agreements.
